Don’t despair tonight…

if your area won’t offer a good view of the Perseids meteor shower.   You can simply tune into the NASA Meteor Watch Facebook page for a  live camera feed  from Alabama starting around 6 p.m. Pacific Time on August 12th.   My locale will have mostly clear skies but the heat and humidity will be torture,  so I’ll be heading to the NASA feed after i’ve tossed some goodies over the fence for the small black and gray cat trying to establish a territory.
