Yogi Love has become one of my favorite cartoonists because of efforts like this.
Mitt Romney and his sons saved a Scottie from drowning — and some people too.
Just in case you have forgotten, here’s a reminder of the basic amoral nature of His Oneness. He is not a man I would buy a used car from. Would you?
The long-missing MF Global Fund money has been found, but there’s going to be a long, expensive fight to recover those funds, and it appears those who made foreign bets will get little to nothing.
I still say former Governor and Senator Jon Corzine will never spend a day in jail. None of this, of course, prevents His Oneness from having Corzine bundle money for his re-election efforts.
The Obama Administration has backed down from its new regulations on child labor on family farms, after proving conclusively that it doesn’t understand you learn how to be a farmer by actually doing the work of a farmer.
My father was a farmer for many years, and never had a serious accident on his land. Whoever worked was trained and monitored, including me and my cousins. It was a very useful way to learn cause and effect, the realities which rule the world and mete out swift and harsh punishments for believing if you just think happy thoughts the bear will not eat you.
Children who grow up on farms learn life’s lessons early, at a much cheaper price, than the over-protected kids taught to have unearned self-esteem.
Budget Committee Chairman Sen. Kent Conrad is being praised for trying to bring up a budget, which Sen. Harry Reid prevented to avoid forcing his members to take tough votes and to keep voters from realizing what will happen to them if Democrats retain the Senate majority. But if you fail to keep your word, you deserve scorn, not glory. Only n the perverse world of liberalism do you get a pat on the back for thinking good thoughts. And that’s before you cravenly try to save your own ass by claiming things which are demonstrably not true.
Sen. James Inhofe is going after the EPA. The video of an EPA administrator is damning, but Inhofe is exposing how the EPA operates, particularly with respect to fracking. The EPA has long since gone past its assigned job to politics of the enviro whacko kind. The agency lies routinely and has for years, and it is now being used as a slush fund by His Oneness to ensure we have only the least affordable energy.
