If you can keep it…

Roger Simon  thought  Tuesday was an I.Q. test.  If he was correct,  we flunked,  because the Democrats took over the house.   Mark Levin said we were  past talking  and it was time to stand up.    Not enough of us did.   Too few of us considered even the  three main  reasons to keep the Dems out.

So you had  better pray.   Ben Franklin  warned us.   An insufficient number of us listened..  This  sort of  message was allowed to rule.   And now we must work ten times harder.   If you are one of the slackers,  hang your head in shame and start carrying your part of the load.  You’ve already messed up bad enough,  haven’t you?

I salute those of you who did everything you could to save the republic. Now you will have to do still more.  Take a deep breath,  relax for a few days,  then join me in pushing onward.

Doing right…

As Deroy Murdock so clearly points out,  Republicans have done more for blacks than the first black president and a Democratic Congress.   Candidate Trump asked blacks what the hell they had to lose by voting for him.  A few of them did,  and the Republicans,  led by Trump, have done both  right and good  by all minorities.

All they need do is examine the size of their paychecks,  see how many of their previously unemployed friends and relatives now have paychecks,  then listen to the promises of Democrats of what they will do if they take over Congress,  which is regulate the jobs out of existence and increase the tax on the paychecks.

Northam should lose…

leave a comment »

Do Virginians realize that Democratic gubernatorial candidate Ralph Northam thinks  67% of them  are racists?   If they pretend to be worried about Ed Gillespie’s anti-illegal immigrant rhetoric,  do they acknowledge that Northam used anti-illegal rhetoric to  win election  in 2007?

They should care,  because they allowed Clinton crony Terry McAuliffe to assume the governor’s office,  where his legacy will be illegally restoring voting rights to thousands of felons in an attempt to ensure the election of more Democrats.

The racist ad created and run by the Latino Fund in alliance with Northam has backfired,  as it should have,  and polling now shows the race within  the margin.   A brand-new  poll shows  Gillespie ahead.   The Democrats’  race-baiting  and parade of lies is producing blow-back.

Now all that is required is for real Virginians,  and by that I mean those who were born there,  who understand the hills and hollows and the rocky outcrops and grassy fields where so much blood was shed,  get going and vote!

UPDATE:  What to   watch for  today,  but either way,  it’s about  to be over.

Buying an election?

leave a comment »

Democrats have poured  millions of dollars  and some Hollywood glitz into today’s Georgia congressional election for the seat once held by Rep. Tom Price, who is now Trump’s HHS secretary.   They made a big effort in the recent Kansas election  which Republicans won.  Jon Ossoff is the Democratic vcandidate, but you will have a very difficult time finding any campaign material which mentions that he is actually a Democrat,  which I think should tell us something about how Democrats view their own party’s branding these days.

UPDATE:  Democrats must not like their chances if they’re resorting to stealing voting  machines.   New question:  why did it take Cobb County two days to notify the Georgia Secretary of State about the theft?

UPDATE:  I forgot to mention that Ossoff can’t even vote  for himself today,  as he does  not live  in the district he wants to represent.

UPDATE:   Well,  the votes have  been tallied  and Democrat Ossoff and Republican former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel will face off in a June 20th runoff,  which favors Handel because the Republican votes won’t be distributed  amongst eleven  candidates.   Apparently Democrats couldn’t menage to cheat enough even with some polling places suddenly extending their  hours.

The dilemma for Democrats is that Kansas and Georgia were supposed to be the  best targets  for them and they have thus far failed.   Ossoff at least recognized early on that the Democratic message wasn’t resonating and tried assiduously to avoid mentioning his party affiliation,  but some of the others have already hoisted the party banner on high.   As Jeremy Carl so succinctly put it,  Dems couldn’t even conjure up a  moral victory  in Georgia.

Michael Moore’s warning…

with 3 comments

The Hollywood lefty was no doubt in a sour mood because his latest documentary “Where to Invade Next” is a box office flop with an opening location average of less than $3,000.   Compare that to Dinesh D’Souza’s current “Hillary’s America:  The Secret History of the Democratic Party”, which had an opening average of over $26,000.

Or perhaps Moore is feeling the panic after feeling the Bern.   At any rate,  he told Bill Maher yesterday that  he thinks  Trump will win this November.   Given the  latest polls,  I suspect more than a few of his pals share that nightmare.
