Stop Google tracking web history…

Google is a voracious and untruthful monster,  but you are not completely helpless.   You can actually  stop it  from tracking your web history.

But beware of anything which Google touts as being their benevolence aimed towards your protection.   Most often it will be something which squelches competition, enriches Google, and who the hell cares what it does to you.
