Colorado strange…

As if legalizing pot weren’t insane enough,  Colorado has now decided that texting while driving  should be legal  under certain circumstances.  You now have to be texting  in  “a careless or imprudent manner” to get a ticket for it in that state.   What on earth could possibly go wrong with this approach?

Is nothing sacred?
