Gingerbread dreams…

I would never have the patience to build one of these beauties,  even if I had the skill,  but these elevate a Christmas tradition to an art form.

This cheers me up…

The City of Chicago has  written a check  for over half a million bucks to the NRA,  to pay lawyers’ fees.  This is a lovely Christmas present,  even though the check isn’t made out to me.
