At last the National Labor Relations Board is paying a penalty for its illegal behavior. A judge has ordered the agency to pay a company’s legal fees after finding NLRB engaged in “administrative hubris” and “bad faith litigation.” It’s only about $18,000, but it’s a start. Unfortunately, the payment will be made with taxpayer money, the agency will whine that the judge ruled incorrectly, and the corruption will continue.
