A teen-aged boy has created  a digital record  of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery.

Ricky Gilleland deserves a medal for his unpaid work,  which points out the nearly total uselessness of federal bureaucracies,  beginning with their complete unwillingness to do anything sensible to fix problems they created.
