Dissent is the highest form of patriotism!

Well,   it was when George W.  Bush was president,  as Glenn Harlan Reynolds reminds us in this piece,  and indeed it is amusing to see MSM proclaiming that retirees in their summer cottons with hand-lettered signs are organized rabble-rousers sent in by evil Republicans and insurance companies.    ACORN and SEIU in their matching group identity T-shirts are held up by the media as patriotic members of the community,  no matter where they are bused in from.

Now Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader  Steny Hoyer are branding those who disagree volubly with them un-American.   I figure this op-ed was good for at least another 10,000 protestors,  don’t you?
