Gastronomes, rejoice!

A farmer’s nine-year struggle has been rewarded with South Africa’s first black diamond  truffle.   It could turn out to be a most profitable venture.   People who like truffles are willing to pay exorbitant amounts for them.   I have long suspected that more people enjoy being seen eating truffles than actually enjoy eating them.
