Release the Kraken!
In September of 2018, the Intelligence Committee voted unanimously to release the transcripts of 53 interviews. They first had to be checked for classified information by the Intelligence Community. We now know that 43 of the transcripts have been ready since June, but Adam Schiff refused to release them. Acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell has kindly sent Rep. Schiff a letter notifying him that all 53 are ready and that if necessary, he will release them from his own office.
Schiff has been claiming forever that he had direct evidence of Trump’s guilt, which he has, oddly enough, never produced. Could that be because he had nothing? Could it be that he lied through his pearly whites? I’m betting he will try desperately to come up with another excuse to stall. One plot might be to try and start an argument about whether the DNI has the authority to release the transcripts, but that would just allow more focus on Schiff’s refusal to release them after a unanimous vote to do so. I would never want to be Adam Schiff. I especially would not want to be him right now, when his corrupt house of cards is encountering gale force winds.
