Oyster lovers, rejoice!

Researchers at Texas A&M University have developed a  way to pasteurize  raw oysters with an electron beam to reduce the chances of food poisoning from norovirus and hepatitis A.   This won’t render them totally safe,  of course,  but safer is better,  don’t you think?
