What promise?

We know that His Oneness has  golfed with  a lobbyist for Bain Capital,  the company Obama spent so much time villainizing in connection with candidate Mitt Romney,  but the White House won’t confirm that His Oneness kept his promise to take a five percent  pay cut  due to sequestration last year.   I suspect someone would know if he had actually been writing a check to the Treasury Department every month,  so the refusal to answer leads me to think Obama didn’t surrender a cent from his paycheck.   The Obamas’  tax returns  suggest I’m correct.

Reid the awful…

Sen. Harry Reid is a terrible little worm of a human being.  If you didn’t see him infer that the seven Marines who died during training in Nevada died because of military cuts due to the sequestration which Republicans allowed to occur,  you can  watch it here.   He has made the Marines,  along with a hell of a lot of other people,  extremely angry.   His staff  is denying  he implied anything of the sort,  but they are certainly accustomed to having to lie to cover his ass when his mouth goes rogue.
