No recess…

Conservatives don’t want  these radicals recess-appointed,  and with good reason.   It now appears there will be  pro forma sessions of the Senate,  which will serve to prevent any recess appointments,   something Democrats would never have agreed to if they were confident of victory in the mid-terms.
