Bipartisan, my ass…
Anyone still suffering from the delusion that Obama actually meant his lofty plans for bipartisanship should read this Pew Research data. Basically, His Oneness is more polarizing at this point in his presidency than Pres. George Bush was at the same point.
Frankly, bipartisanship just strikes me as another word for consensus, which means “my way” to Democrats. If the opposing party disagrees with you in principle, then its members can not in good conscience vote with you.
In the House, Democratic leadership is allowing members from moderate districts to sometimes vote against His Oneness so they don’t completely blow their chances for re-election. But that will last only so long as the Democrats have plenty of votes to spare, and those moderates will be tossed in the meat grinder in due course.
The more we learn…
Having been stupid enough to elect His Oneness, the American public is suddenly showing signs of the Hopey-Changey virus wearing off. Obama must be hyperventilating at the sliding polls, here:

He’s already running around playing Chicken Little and claiming that the voters already approved his economic plans by electing him – never mind that he never gave any specifics:

And his poll numbers don’t include today’s move of capping executive salaries:
