His Oneness is full of praise for the program,  but he’s still  cutting its budget  by 40%,  despite its current success.

The Mars  rover is moving  again after surviving nearly 5 months of the Martian winter.   I wonder if His Oneness will take credit for this remarkable feat of engineering.
