Bailout merely a cover-up?

Marketwatch reports on  a PBS interview by Bill Moyers of William Black,  the former thrift regulator who helped blow the whistle on the savings and loan crisis in the 1980s.

Black says the bank bailout is a massive government coverup of fraud.  He doesn’t impute necessarily evil motives, but suggests fear of being truthful.
