VP Biden has made  another announcement proving the Executive Branch is run by idiots.   It also illustrates why,  if you want news and analysis,  you don’t visit MSNBC.   Is it news that His Oneness wants high-speed rail?  Hardly.   What would be the benefits of high-speed rail,  and where?   Does MSNBC know?   Did it research the matter?   Or did it realize the answers made the $53  billion cost another huge example of government waste?
