FloraCraft does Christmas!

If you have ever fooled around with crafting or floral work,  the odds are very high that you have benefited from the products of this family-owned company.  The company  has gifted  nearly $4 million in holiday bonuses to its 200 employees just in time for the holidays.   The bonuses depend on longevity,  but the average award will be about $20,000.  That is how one inspires a company’s employees and earns their loyalty.  Since the doors opened in 1946,  there has never been a layoff.   Oh,  and senior management is NOT participating in this bonus plan.   If I lived in Michigan,  you bet I’d be job-hunting there!
