God bless Judge Roger Vinson, who has basically given His Oneness one week to appeal his ruling on ObamaCare,  or states can consider the entire bill void.  Vinson is trying to force the White House to move to the Supreme Court,  while the Obama Administration is dragging  its feet, trying to put in place as much of the apparatus as possible.

Three Democratic judges have ruled the individual mandate is constitution,  while two Republican ones have ruled it is not.  If the White House was really certain of winning at SCOTUS,  would it still delay?   Possibly.  Note that Rep. Anthony Weiner, the Democrats’ designated attack chihuahua in the House,  has already started yipping that Justice Clarence Thomas must recuse himself on any ObamaCare case because his wife is a lobbyist working to repeal it.
