Something else to remember W fondly for  — his ignoring tyrant Chavez,  instead of  “engaging” him as His Oneness has done.

Of course,  Obama has won a Nobel Prize for his friendliness to dictators,  and isn’t regarded as a serious leader by much of the world.  Jay Nordlinger has another,  far  better candidate for leader.  Conrad Black points out  the danger in the demise of U.S. leadership.
