No sledding at Capitol…

This is the first,  and most likely will be the only time I have agreed with anything D.C. Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton has proposed,  but the Capitol  should allow  sledding.   However,  I note that in her typical clueless fashion,  Norton seems unaware that Capitol Police are making no effort to arrest anyone participating in this forbidden act,  so in essence they are waiving the rule.

UPDATE:  Norton  finally catches  up.
