This technology   may save many more women.   I hope it does,  since I know too many women who have had the old-fashioned exams, which compressed the breast,  then turned up with breast cancer a few months later.  If you need a mammogram,  get a digital one,  which doesn’t require tissue compression and therefore doesn’t risk exploding a little knot of cancer cells.

Scientists have a found  a genetic switch  which may give them a way to manipulate breast cancer.   What a revolution this would be for women everywhere!
