Would he?

Will the Syrian dictator  use chemical weapons  against the rebels?   Of course he would,  just as his father did.   Bashar al-Assad dresses better than his father,  but there is no indication whatsoever that he thinks any differently,  despite Vogue magazine’s glowing praise of his very fashionable wife.

Bashar al-Assad doesn’t think he faces any consequences from  His Oneness or  Madam Hillary,  and that belief is shared by all of the world’s bad actors,  as we have seen repeatedly.  Assad has 60 days before the sarin gas becomes unstable,  so he has plenty of time to  seek asylum.
