Regis Philbin, R.I.P.

Regis Philbin  died last  week of natural causes just shy of his 89th birthday.  He appeared in many venues,  but was perhaps best known for spending 23 years as co-host on the syndicated Live With program,  appearing on the daily show from 1988 to 2011.   He was  buried in  Indiana after a private funeral service at Notre Dame University,  his beloved college.
