…perchance to dream…That’s about the limit of my Shakespeare.   He’s the long-dead British playwright and poet who many universities now allow students to avoid studying even if pursuing a degree in English literature.  But that’s a topic for another post.  Here are some quite sensible and some rather odd methods to try in order to improve your sleep.  The article doesn’t mention white noise or other soothing sounds, such as a bsb bling brook or waves lapping the shore.  Many of the artificial intelligence boxes  and smart watches and phones will play such soundtracks for you.  My cell phone doesn’t live where I sleep, but many people are never more than a foot or two away from their prime connection to the world.
