Plan for America…

John Dingell served in the Senate for just shy of forever and  now thinks we should abolish it and the Electoral College.  At 92, he has passed his Senate seat on to his wife,  and had plenty of time to put forth some other ideas as bad as some of the legislation he sponsored was.
