Firing squad vs….

I suggest  these inmates’  lawyers are simply trying to delay their death penalty sentences being carried out,  but in point of fact, a skilled marksman would deliver a quick and painless death with a neck or head shot.  Even a less skilled one could put three or four shots in the heart and death would still be faster  and less painful than the modern, so-called humane methods.  Firing squads were made obsolete because people decided they were cruel.  As usual,  policy-makers were dead wrong.
