There’s a reason…

it’s  called WILDlife,  honey!   Even domesticated cattle can be quite dangerous,  whether they have horns or not,   Dairy cows tend to be calm, amiable critters,  but they can kick you up into next week if they wish.

UPDATE:   Not having read this post,  yet  another stupid  tourist meets the business end of an agitated bison.

 

 

A lovely gesture…

…for the sons of a fallen deputy sheriff.   When it’s so fashionable to hate on law enforcement and remain willfully blind to the fact that they are the ones who stand between the good guys and the bad in many neighborhoods,  it did my heart good to read  this story.
