Fire, then ice…

A  medical center  in Philadelphia caught on fire,  and now the cold temperature and high winds have frozen the water used to extinguish the fire.   It appears authorities there are just waiting for the building to collapse under the excess weight.   By the looks of it,  even a quick thaw won’t save this structure.
