She won’t…

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton apparently  will not testify  to Congress.  The stomach bug which prevented her foreign travel has now become the cause of her fainting and hitting her head,  leaving her with a concussion.   Funny how the head injury was never mentioned before, isn’t it?  Given Mrs. Clinton’s history of having a poor memory when under oath,  I can’t see why she is passing up this golden opportunity to blame her recall problems on the concussion.   And who determined she had a concussion,  but did not need hospitilization?
