No turkey!
I don’t need Sir Paul McCartney and PETA telling me not to eat turkey today. I plan to eat a generous helping of both light and dark meat, along with all the trimmings, and dessert too. I donated to my area’s food bank, so other families could have Thanksgiving dinner. It has the same surge in demand that this one does, and I’m sure it’s the same throughout the country.
A record number of families will be relying on food stamps this year. At least one college campus will be hosting an anti-Thanksgiving meal. Perhaps they should ponder these freedoms to be thankful for, though under His Oneness such liberties are disappearing quickly. (/ht Rich Galen)
