Cold water now allowed…

Three cheers for one Christian  and The Rutherford Institute!   The city of Phoenix claimed the woman needed a city vendor’s license to give cold water  to passersby on a very hot day.   The city went from doubling down  on the misapplication of the ordinance to striking down the prohibition.
