Scripted surprise…

Remember the surprise appearance of His Oneness at the regular White House briefing a short while ago?   Turns out it  was no surprise  to anybody.   Obama appeared because of the unwelcome attention to the fact  that he hadn’t had a presser in months,  and that he has limited his interviews with decidedly friendly outlets and easily cowed local media.   Color me unsurprised that most media went along with the  “surprise.”
