That’s how much the federal and state  governments overpaid unemployment  benefits in 2011.   In other words, more than 1 out of every 10 approvals was invalid.  This is who is now in charge of your health care.   Doesn’t that give you a warm and tingly feeling?

Even worse is governments’ inability to catch even gross errors.   That is fueled largely by the fact that government employees are seldom held accountable for anything   — remember the mocking videos by GSA employees?   But fear not:  VP  Biden is on the job,  and will no doubt no just as spectacular a job as he did on policing stimulus funds.
