Anyone who believes  North Korea has turned  over a new leaf,  raise your hand.   Hmm..I see the only hands up belong to the Obama Administration,  which doesn’t care if it’s true or not.  All that matters is keeping the fiction of new cooperation alive until after the election.   There’s more detail  here.

Like the Palestinians,  the only parts of any agreement the NoKos have ever kept is the acceptance of money and food,  none of which goes to help the people.
