and it stinks,  since it pushes the debate until after His Oneness hopes to be inaugurated again.   But it does have some decent aspects,  which we can expect Democrats to immediately start trying to wiggle out of.

And no,  Democrats will scarcely pause for breath as they continue their condemnation of the mean Republicans and the racist, insane Tea Partiers.
