Unicorn Ferrari…

leave a comment »

Ferrari made only one alloy-bodied road-going 365 GTB/4 Daytona,  built in 1969,  but no one has seen it since it was shipped to Japan in 1971.   Indeed,  many Ferrari  lovers doubted it had ever actually existed,  hence it became a unicorn.

Now we know the unique vehicle has  sat in a barn  for over 40 years, and it certainly looks like it,  but someone with enough money to buy it at the upcoming auction will be able to afford the staggering expense of having it  restored properly.
