Fast and furious heats up…

A federal judge  — one appointed by His Oneness,  no less  —  has rejected Obama’s claim of executive privilege over all the Fast and Furious documents.   With that shield gone,  things could become very interesting indeed.   I hope this won’t mean that Democrats abandon their lust for gun control.

We’ve just learned that Mexican drug lord El Chapo was arrested with at least one .50 caliber weapon  sold through  the Fast and Furious operation.    As of yet,  no one has been held accountable for that insanely stupid and totally botched operation.

UPDATE:    I was not aware of this.   Remember the jihadists who tried to murder attendees at the Texas “Draw Muhammad” contest?   One of them owned a gun  from the Fast and Furious operation.    So the Bureau of Alcohol,  Tobacco and Firearms was in the position of indirectly selling Islamic terrorists one of the weapons they may have used in an attack upon Americans on American soil.

UPDATE:  For those who have forgotten the original Fast and Furious weapon used to kill U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry,  here is  a look back.
